Prices
The prices of the flats start from Rs 11.5 lakh for EWS flats to Rs 5 crore for penthouses. The price of LIG flats is Rs 23 lakh, MIG flats is Rs 1 crore, and HIG flats is Rs 1.4 crore.

The flats are located in Dwarka, Loknayak Puram, and Narela. Dwarka is a well-developed sub-city in Delhi with a good infrastructure. Loknayak Puram is a newly developed area in Delhi. Narela is a developing area in Delhi.

The flats are available in 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK configurations. The flats are built by renowned builders. The flats are equipped with modern amenities.
How to Apply
Interested applicants can apply online through the DDA website. The registration fee is Rs 200 for EWS flats, Rs 400 for LIG flats, Rs 600 for MIG flats, and Rs 1000 for HIG flats.
