Tandoori roti: Bad news for tandoori roti lovers. No more tandoori roti. Because the government has banned tandoori roti. This is the decision taken by Madhya Pradesh government. The government has given this sad news to tandoori roti lovers living in Madhya Pradesh. Tandoori Roti will no longer be available in Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior. Keeping in view the increasing air pollution, the government has banned tandoori roti. Violation of government orders will result in a fine of up to Rs.5 lakhs.

According to the Madhya Pradesh government, air pollution is spreading rapidly in many cities of the state. The government has taken this step to prevent air pollution. Madhya Pradesh Food Department has issued orders. The food department has issued notices to hotel and dhaba operators in the state to stop making tandoori roti.

Special equipment is used to make tandoori roti. They are prepared by burning charcoal in a wooden drum. Due to excessive use of coal, the surrounding areas are getting smoke and the atmosphere is getting polluted. That is why the government has banned them. Officials ordered to use only electric oven or LPG gas. Tandoori roti is a favorite dish of people in Madhya Pradesh. They eat very much there. Now the government of Madhya Pradesh has banned Tandoori Roti.

In the order issued by the food department, it has been clearly stated that the management of hotels and dhabas is now prohibited from burning wood and charcoal to make tandoori roti. It is also suggested to use electric oven or LPG gas cylinder instead. People of the state love tandoori roti very much. But after this notification of the state government, tandoori roti lovers were disappointed. Also, this order will put dhaba-hotel owners in trouble. Dhaba owners fear that business will be affected by government orders.
