The 15th edition of ELECRAMA, one of the world’s largest electrical and power sector exhibitions, was inaugurated by RK Singh, Minister of Power, on February 22, 2023, in Greater Noida, India. The five-day event is expected to feature over 1,200 exhibitors from 60 countries, showcasing the latest trends and innovations in the power and electrical sector.

In his inaugural address, RK Singh emphasized the importance of sustainable energy and innovation in meeting India’s growing energy needs. “As we strive to achieve our goal of 450 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030, it is essential that we focus on sustainable energy and innovation in the power sector. ELECRAMA provides an excellent platform for showcasing the latest technologies and innovations in this field,” he said.

The theme of this year’s event is “Electricity for All,” with a focus on sustainable energy, smart grids, energy storage, and e-mobility. The event is expected to feature a range of new products and solutions, including electric vehicles, solar panels, wind turbines, and energy storage systems.

Several new initiatives were also launched at the event, including the ELECRAMA Innovation Awards, which aim to recognize and promote innovation in the power and electrical sector. The awards will be presented to companies and individuals who have developed new products or solutions that demonstrate innovation, sustainability, and scalability.

Another initiative launched at the event was the ELECRAMA Skill Development Program, which aims to provide training and support to students and professionals in the power and electrical sector. The program will offer a range of training courses and workshops on topics such as renewable energy, smart grids, and energy storage.

The event is expected to attract a wide range of visitors, including policymakers, industry leaders, investors, and consumers. The exhibition is also expected to provide an excellent networking opportunity for industry professionals, with several conferences and seminars scheduled to take place during the event.

One of the key highlights of this year’s event is the “Startup Pavilion,” which will feature over 100 startups showcasing innovative products and solutions in the power and electrical sector. The pavilion is expected to provide a platform for startups to showcase their products and solutions to a wider audience, and to connect with potential investors and partners.
