A devastating accident occurred on Wednesday at the Dangduru Dam site in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar, resulting in the loss of seven lives and leaving one person critically injured. The incident involved a cruiser vehicle associated with the Pakal Dul Project, as confirmed by an official. Upon receiving the news, Union Minister Jitendra Singh promptly reached out to Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kishtwar Dr Devansh Yadav.
Singh expressed his condolences and assured Yadav of all necessary assistance in dealing with the aftermath of the accident. Just now spoke to DC Kishtwar Dr Devansh Yadav about the unfortunate road accident at the Dangduru Dam site. 7 persons were dead, 1 critically injured. Injured being shifted to District Hospital Kishtwar or GMC Doda as per requirement.
All possible help, as required, will be provided,” stated Singh, according to ANI.
