Private School Staff Booked for Gang-Raping and Murdering 15-Year-Old Girl in Ayodhya

In a shocking incident, the principal and two staff members of a private school in Ayodhya district, Uttar Pradesh, have been booked for allegedly gang-raping and murdering a 15-year-old girl on the school premises. The victim’s father lodged a complaint stating that his daughter, a class 10 student, was called to the school on Friday under the pretext of a counseling session, despite the ongoing summer vacation.

Later that morning, the school authorities contacted the father and informed him that the girl had sustained injuries after falling from a swing. However, CCTV footage revealed that she had fallen from the building itself. The police swiftly responded to the complaint and registered an FIR against the manager, principal, and sports teacher under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

The charges include gang rape, murder, concealment of the crime, and criminal conspiracy. The sports teacher has been taken into custody, and further investigation is underway to ascertain the involvement of the other accused. The victim’s post-mortem examination has been conducted by a panel of three doctors, and the authorities have pledged to take strict action based on the findings of the investigation.
