Tragic Collision in Karnataka Claims Ten Lives, Including Two Children


In a devastating accident near Mysuru, Karnataka, ten individuals, including two children, lost their lives when a car collided with a bus, resulting in crushing injuries, according to local police reports. The incident took place in Tnarsinghpura, leaving behind a scene of utter devastation as the car involved in the collision was severely mangled, with bodies trapped inside.

Preliminary investigations suggest that the Innova car was traveling at a high speed and lost control while negotiating a turn near Kurpur, ultimately colliding head-on with the bus. The lone survivor from the car is currently receiving medical treatment for injuries sustained in the crash. Authorities are present at the accident site to conduct further inquiries.

Expressing his condolences, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has announced a compensation of Rs 2 lakh each for the families of the ten victims hailing from Bellary, who tragically lost their lives in the horrific crash. The Chief Minister has instructed the Deputy Commissioner to promptly visit the location and initiate a thorough investigation into the incident.
